Every Cam Todd Art print is made to order and professionally fulfilled by our fine-art printing partner. From printing and careful packaging to shipping and tracking, your order is handled through a professional fulfillment process designed specifically for fine art.
Production & Fulfillment
Because your artwork is produced specifically for you, please allow time for your print to be professionally produced before it ships.
Once production is complete, your artwork is carefully packaged and dispatched directly from our fine-art printing partner to the shipping address provided with your order.
Tracking
Tracking is provided with every Cam Todd Art order.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive shipping confirmation and tracking information so you can follow your artwork on its journey to you.
Please allow a little time after receiving your shipping confirmation for the carrier's tracking information to update.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location, the artwork ordered and the shipping service available to your destination.
Any estimated delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees, as carrier delays and other circumstances outside our control can occasionally affect delivery.
Packaging
Fine-art prints are professionally packaged according to their size and format to help protect them during transit. Depending on the size of your artwork, prints may be shipped flat or carefully rolled for safe delivery.
Please take care when removing and handling your new print from its packaging.
International Orders
International shipping may be available to select destinations.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other fees imposed by their country unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Customs processing may also affect delivery times.

Because orders move into professional production and fulfillment, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production.

Returns & Damaged Orders
We want you to love your Cam Todd Art.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
Every new Cam Todd Art order is professionally produced, packaged and shipped by our fine-art printing partner and is covered by their order guarantee.
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at camerontoddart@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the artwork and packaging.
We'll work with our printing partner to make it right with a replacement or, when appropriate, a refund—at no additional cost to you.
Open Edition Returns
We accept returns of undamaged Open Edition prints within 14 days of delivery.
Artwork must be returned in its original condition and, whenever possible, in its original protective packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please contact camerontoddart@gmail.com before returning your artwork so we can provide return instructions.
Once the artwork has been received and its condition confirmed, the purchase price of the artwork will be refunded to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Limited Editions
Because RECLAIMED Limited Editions are produced in restricted quantities specifically for collectors, Limited Edition sales are final.
Limited Editions are, of course, still fully protected against damage, defects or fulfillment errors. If there is a problem with your order, contact us and we'll make it right.
